Rep. Pitcher called the meeting to order at 5:22 p.m.
1st Sub. S.B. 131 Unincorporated Business Entity Uniform Acts (Sen. L. Hillyard) (Rep. J. Dougall)
Sen Hillyard explained the bill to the committee.
MOTION: Rep. Dunnigan moved to transmit 1st Substitute S.B. 131 with a favorable recommendation. The motion passed unanimously with Rep. Gibson, Rep. Ipson, and Rep. Last absent for the vote.
1st Sub. S.B. 70 Community Development and Renewal Agencies Amendments (Sen. C. Bramble) (Rep. B. Dee)
Sen. Bramble explained the bill to the committee. Royce Van Tassell, Utah Taxpayers Association, spoke in favor of the bill.

explained the bill to the committee.

recommendation. The motion passed unanimously with Rep. Ipson and Rep. Last absent for the
