Rep. McIff called the meeting to order at 2:10 p.m.

MOTION:    Rep. Ivory moved to approve the minutes of January 25. The motion passed with Rep. Herrod, Rep. Hutchings, Rep. King, Rep. Ray and Rep. Wheatley absent for the vote.

H.B. 48    Fingerprints of Juveniles (Rep. J. Peterson)

This bill was not considered.

Rep. McIff relinquished the chair to Rep. Gibson.

H.B. 202    Death Penalty Procedures Amendments (Rep. K. McIff)

Rep. McIff presented the bill to the committee with the assistance of Mr. Thomas Brunker, Assistant Attorney General.

MOTION:    Rep. Biskupski moved to pass H.B. 202 with a favorable recommendation.

The motion passsed unanimously, with Rep. Hutchings absent for the vote.



H.B. 205    Domestic Violence and Dating Violence Amendments (Rep. P. Ray)

This bill was not considered.

MOTION:    Rep. Brown moved to adjourn the meeting.

The motion passed unanimously, with Rep. Hutchings absent for the vote.

Rep. Gibson adjourned the meeting at 2:40 p.m.
