S.B. 25 Share Certificates in Water Companies (Sen. R. Okerlund) (Rep. J. Draxler)
Sen. Okerlund explained the bill to the committee which was previously amended during the February 2, 2011 meeting.
MOTION: Rep. Painter moved to pass the bill with a favorable recommendation. The motion passed unanimously with Rep. Brown, Rep. Mathis, Rep. Watkins and Rep. Wilcox absent for the vote.
S.B. 102 Temporary Water Shortage Emergency - Military Facilities (Sen. R. Okerlund) (Rep. J. Mathis)
