MOTION: Rep. Noel moved to approve the minutes of the February 9, 2011 meeting. The motion passed unanimously.
H.B. 249 Growing of Food (Rep. C. Herrod)
MOTION: Rep. Mathis moved to replace H.B. 249 with 1st Substitute H.B. 249. The motion passed unanimously.
