Rep. Webb called the meeting to order at 2:08 p.m.

MOTION:    Rep. Anderson moved to approve the minutes of February 8, 2011. The motion passed unanimously with Rep. Dunnigan, Rep. Morley, and Rep. Sandstrom absent for the vote.

S.B. 49    Oversight of Bonding by Counties (Sen. J. Stevenson) (Rep. B. Wilson)

Sen. Stevenson introduced the bill to the committee.

MOTION:    Rep. Peterson moved to pass out S.B. 49 with a favorable recommendation. The motion passed unanimously with Rep. Dunnigan, Rep. Morley, and Rep. Sandstrom absent for the vote.

MOTION:    Rep. Draxler moved to place the bill on the Consent Calendar. The motion passed unanimously with Rep. Dunnigan, Rep. Morley, and Rep. Sandstrom absent for the vote.
