Rep. Webb called the meeting to order at 8:07 a.m.

MOTION:    Rep. Poulson moved to approve the minutes of February 28, 2011. The motion passed unanimously with Rep. Dunnigan, Rep. Morley, Rep. Pitcher, Rep. Sandstrom, Rep. Seelig, and Rep. Wiley absent for the vote.

H.B. 412    Land Use Revisions (Rep. G. Froerer)

Rep. Froerer introduced the bill to the committee.

MOTION:    Rep. Draxler moved to pass out H.B. 412 with a favorable recommendation. The motion passed unanimously with Rep. Pitcher, Rep. Sandstrom, and Rep. Seelig absent for the vote.

MOTION:    Rep. Peterson moved to place the bill on the Consent Calendar. The motion passed unanimously with Rep. Pitcher, Rep. Sandstrom, and Rep. Seelig absent for the vote.
