Rep. Handy called the meeting to order at 2:06 p.m.
MOTION: Rep. Hendrickson moved to approve the minutes of January 25, 2011. The motion passed unanimously with Rep. Hemingway absent for the vote.
H.J.R. 10 Rules Resolution on Electronic Meetings (Rep. R. Menlove)
Rep. Menlove explained the bill to the committee.
MOTION: Rep. Hemingway moved to pass H.J.R. 10 with a favorable recommendation. The motion passed unanimously, with Rep. Barrus and Rep. Hendrickson absent for the vote.
MOTION: Rep. Handy moved to saunter. The motion passed unanimously, with Rep. Barrus and Rep. Hendrickson absent for the vote.
MOTION: Rep. Wilson moved to adjourn the meeting. The motion passed animously, with Rep. Barrus absent for the vote. Rep. Handy adjourned the meeting at 2:28 p.m.
