Rep. Noel called the meeting to order at 2:50 p.m.
MOTION: Rep. Wilson moved to approve the minutes of February 1, 2011. The motion passed unanimously.
H.B. 54 Electronic Communications in Public Meetings (Rep. K. Powell)
Rep. Powell explained the bill to the committee.
MOTION: Rep. Wilcox moved to accept H.B.54 1st Sub. The motion passed unanimously.
MOTION: Rep. Wilson moved to pass H.B. 54 1st Sub. with a favorable recommendation. The motion passed unanimously.
H.B. 235 Technology Technical Amendments (Rep. P. Arent)
Rep. Arent explained the bill to the committee.
