Rep. Noel called the meeting to order at 4:11 p.m.

MOTION:    Rep. Hendrickson moved to approve the corrected minutes of the February 9, 2011 meeting. The motion passed unanimously.



H.B. 168    Child Identity Theft Protection Amendments (Rep. E. Hutchings)


Rep. Hutchings explained the bill to the committee.

MOTION:    Rep. Herrod moved to amend the bill as follows:

1. Page 1, Line 21:    After "identity" delete "theft"

2. Page 2, Line 51:    After "identity" delete "theft"


The motion passed unanimously.

MOTION:    Rep. Barrus moved to pass the bill with a favorable recommendation. The motion passed unanimously.

MOTION:    Rep. Wilcox moved to place the bill on the Consent Calendar. The motion passed unanimously.

H.B. 172    Service Animal Amendments (Rep. K. Grover)

        This bill was not considered.

MOTION:    Rep. Hemingway moved to adjourn. The motion passed unanimously.

Rep. Noel adjourned the meeting at 4:29 p.m.
