Rep. Froerer explained the bill to the committee, assisted by Lee Gardner.

MOTION: Rep. Newbold moved to pass H.B. 323 with a favorable recommendation. The motion passed unanimously, with Rep. Brown, Rep. Cosgrove, Rep. Fisher, Rep. Harper, Rep. Hutchings and Rep. Wimmer absent for the vote.

H.B. 371 Motor Home Taxes and Fees (Rep. D. Ipson)
Rep. Ipson explained the bill to the committee.
MOTION: Rep. Fisher moved to amend H.B. 371 as follows:
