Rep. Anderson called the meeting to order at 2:01 p.m.

MOTION:    Rep. Jeremy Peterson moved to approve the minutes of the January 25, 2011 meeting. The motion passed unanimously with Rep. Janice Fisher, Rep. Harper,
        Rep. Kiser, and Rep. Sumsion absent for the vote.

H.B. 63    Left-hand Turn Penalty and Sentencing Requirements (Rep. J. Peterson)

Rep. Jeremy Peterson introduced the bill to the committee and provided a handout.

MOTION:    Rep. Last moved to proceed to the next item on the agenda. The motion passed unanimously.
