MOTION:    Rep. Julie Fisher moved to approve the minutes of the January 31, 2011 meeting. The motion passed unanimously with Rep. Last and Rep. Moss absent for the vote.

S.B. 23    State Highway System Modifications (Sen. K. Van Tassell) (Rep. Julie Fisher)

Sen. VanTassell introduced the bill to the committee.

MOTION:    Rep. Kiser moved to pass S.B. 23 with a favorable recommendation. The motion passed unanimously with Rep. Last absent for the vote.

MOTION:    Rep. Kiser moved to place the bill on the Consent Calendar. The motion passed unanimously.
