Rep. Anderson called the meeting to order at 4:05 p.m.

H.B. 261    Amendments to Transportation Provisions (Rep. D. Brown)

Rep. D. Brown introduced the bill to the committee.

MOTION:    Rep. Julie Fisher moved to replace H.B. 261 with 1st Substitute H.B. 261. The motion passed unanimously with Rep. Sumsion absent for the vote.

MOTION:    Rep. Val Peterson moved to pass the bill out favorably as substituted. The motion passed unanimously with Rep. Jeremy Peterson absent for the vote.
