Rep. Bird called the meeting to order at 2:07 p.m.
MOTION : Rep. Peterson moved to approve the minutes of the January 24, 2010 meeting. The motion passed unanimously with Rep. Grover, Rep. Litvack, and Rep. Menlove absent for the vote.
H.B. 17S01 Enterprise Zone Amendments (Rep. K. Powell)
Rep. Powell explained the bill to the committee.
Spoke to the bill: Tammy Lucero, Uintah County
MOTION: Rep. Petersen moved to pass the bill with a favorable recommendation as amended. The motion passed unanimously with Rep. Litvack and Rep. Menlove absent for the vote.
Rep. Bird relinquished the chair to Rep. Sanpei.
H.B. 199 Advertisements on School Buses (Rep. J. Bird)
Rep. Bird explained the bill to the committee and provided a handout to committee memebers.

MOTION: Rep. Bird moved to pass the bill with a favorable recommendation as amended. The motion passed with Rep. Grover and Rep. Petersen voting in opposition to the motion.
MOTION: Rep. Bird moved to adjourn. The motion passed unanimously.
