MOTION: Rep. Peterson moved to approve the minutes of January 11, 2011. The motion passed unanimously. Rep. Grover and Rep. Sanpei were absent for the vote.
S.B. 19 Department of Workforce Services' Regional Workforce Service Areas Amendments (Sen. P. Jones) (Rep. J. Dunnigan)
Sen. Jones introduced the bill.
MOTION: Rep. Peterson moved to pass the bill out with a favorable recommendation. The motion passed unanimously. Rep. Grover and Rep. Sanpei were absent for the vote.

MOTION: Rep. Peterson moved to amend the bill as follows:
