Rep. Bird called the meeting to order at 2:10 p.m.

MOTION:     Rep. Sanpei moved to approve the minutes of February 10, 2011. The motion passed unanimously. Rep. Grover and Rep. Menlove were absent for the vote.

S.C.R. 2    Financial Responsibility Concurrent Resolution (Sen. P. Jones) (Rep. P. Arent)

Sen. Jones introduced the resolution, assisted by Ann House, Utah State University Extension Division and Preston Cochrane, AAA Fair Credit Foundation.

MOTION:    Rep. Peterson moved to pass the resolution out with a favorable recommendation. The motioned passed unanimously.

MOTION:    Rep. Menlove moved to the place the resolution on the Consent Calendar. The motion passed unanimously.

H.B. 379    Nonjudicial Foreclosure of Trust Deeds (Rep. R. C. Webb)

H.B. 379 was not considered.

MOTION:    Rep. Grover moved to adjourn at 2:25 p.m. The motion passed unanimously.
