MOTION: Rep. Grover moved to approve the minutes of the February 15, 2011 meeting. The motion passed unanimously with Rep. Litvack and Rep. Peterson absent for the vote.
H.B. 379 Nonjudicial Foreclosure of Trust Deeds (Rep. R. C. Webb)
MOTION: Rep. Bird moved to replace H.B. 379 with 1st Substitute H.B. 379. The motion passed unanimously with Rep. Litvack and Rep. Peterson absent for the vote.
Rep. Webb explained the bill to the committee and distributed a handout.
MOTION: Rep. Menlove moved to transmit 1st Substitute H.B. 379 with a favorable recommendation. The motion passed unanimously with Rep. Litvack and Rep. Peterson absent for the vote.
