1. SB. 97 -- Higher Education Mission Based Funding
Sen. Urquhart introduced and explained the bill.
Mr. Buhler and Ms. Evans spoke in favor of the bill.
2. S.B. 38 -- K-3 Reading Amendments
Sen. Morgan introduced and explained the bill.
Mr. Menlove and Ms. Gallagher-Fishbaugh spoke to the bill.
MOTION: Sen. Morgan moved to pass S.B. 38 out of committee with a favorable recommendation.
The motion passed unanimously with Sens. Hillyard and Neiderhauser absent for the vote.
3. S.B. 107 -- Higher Education Success Stipend Program
Sen. Niederhauser introduced and explained the bill.
Mr. Buhler spoke in favor of the bill.
MOTION: Sen. Morgan moved to pass S.B. 107 out of committee with a favorable recommendation.
