MOTION: Sen. Morgan moved to approve the minutes of the February 18, 2011 meeting.

1. S.B. 78 - Public School Early Graduation Counseling
Sen. Buttars introduced and explained the bill.
Ms. Ruzicka spoke in favor of the bill.
MOTION: Sen. J. Stevenson moved to pass S.B. 78 out of committee with a favorable recommendation.
