Committee Chair Knudson called the meeting to order at 2:14 p.m.
Sen. Dayton assumed the Chair.
1. S.J.R. 21 - Relations with the Republic of Turkey Joint Resolution
Sen. Knudson introduced and explained the bill.
MOTION: Sen. Knudson moved to pass S.J.B. 21 out of committee with a favorable recommendation.
The motion passed with Sens. Knudson, Dayton, Thatcher and Robles voting in favor and Sen. Jenkins voting against the bill.
2. S.B. 290 - Abatement of Weeds, Garbage, Refuse, and Unsightly Objects
MOTION: Sen. Knudson moved to substitute S.B. 290 with 1st Sub. S.B. 290.
The motion passed unanimously.
Sen. Knudson introduced and explained the bill.
Neil Hansen spoke in favor of bill.
MOTION: Sen. Knudson moved to pass 1st Sub. S.B. 290 out of committee with a favorable recommendation.
The motion passed unanimously.

3. H.B. 238 - Radiologic Technologist and Radiology Practical Technician Licensing Act
Rep. Ipson introduced and explained the bill.
Brian Adams and Dr. Ronald Ruff spoke in favor of the bill.
MOTION: Sen. Dayton moved to pass H.B. 238 out of committee with a favorable recommendation.
The motion passed unanimously.

Rep. Menlove introduced and explained the bill.
MOTION: Sen. Dayton moved to pass H.J.R 10 out of committee with a favorable recommendation.
The motion passed with Sen. Knudson, Jenkins, Robles and Thatcher voting in favor and Sen. Dayton voting against the bill.
MOTION: Sen. Jenkins moved to adjourn.
