MOTION: Sen. Dayton moved to approve the minutes of the February 24, 2011.

1. SB 273 - Emergency Responder Fees
Sen. Adams introduced and explained the bill.
Lincoln Shurtz and David Stewart spoke in favor for the bill
MOTION: Sen. Dayton moved to pass SB 273 out of committee with a favorable recommendation.
The motion passed unanimously with Sens. Jenkins and Robles absent for the vote.
