MOTION: Sen. Christensen moved to approve the Minutes of January 24, 2011.
The motion passed unanimously with Sen. Robles absent for the vote.

Sen. Christensen presented the bill.
MOTION: Sen. Christensen moved to pass the bill out of committee with a favorable recommendation.

2. SJR007 Fibromyalgia Awareness Day Joint Resolution (P. Knudson)
Sen. Knudson presented the bill.
MOTION: Sen. Jones moved to recommend that S.J.R.7 be replaced with First Substitute S.J.R. 7, Fibromyalgia Awareness Day Joint Resolution.
