MOTION: Sen. Robles moved to approve the minutes of February 7, 2011
The motion passed unanimously with Sen. Madsen and Sen. Reid absent for the vote.
1. SB0061 - Prescription Drug Prescriber Training (P. Jones)
Sen. Jones introduced the bill.
MOTION: Sen. Jones moved to recommend that S.B. 61 be deleted in title and body and replaced with Second Substitute S.B. 61, Education for Prescribing Controlled Substances.
The motion passed unanimously with Sen. Madsen and Sen. Reid absent for the vote.
Mr. Hill, Dr. Hansen, Mr. Nordfelt, and Ms. McMillan spoke in favor of the bill.
MOTION: Sen. Jones moved to pass 2nd Substitute S.B. 61 out of committee with a
favorable recommendation.
The motion passed unanimously.
