MOTION: Sen. Christensen moved to approve the minutes of February 18 and February 23, 2011.

Rep. Poulson introduced the bill.
Ms. Polacheck, Mr. Hill, and Ms. Dolcourt spoke in favor of the bill.
MOTION: Sen. Jones moved to pass H.C.R. 5 out of committee with a favorable recommendation.
The motion passed unanimously.
