Chair Bramble called the meeting to order at 2:20 p.m.

Approval of Minutes

    MOTION: Sen. McAdams moved to approve minutes of the February 1, 2011, meeting.

    The motion passed unanimously.

1.     HB0035 Sales and Use Tax Act Revisions (W. Harper)

    Rep. Harper presented the bill.

     MOTION: Sen. Adams moved to send H.B. 35 out of committee with a favorable recommendation.

    The motion passed unanimously with Sen. Niederhauser, Sen. Valentine, Sen. Stephenson, and Sen. Stowell absent for the vote.

2.     SB0132 - Sales and Use Tax Exemption for an Energy Efficient Stove or Energy Efficient Stove Fuel (G. Davis

    
Sen. Davis presented the bill.



    Mr. Getzelman spoke in favor of the bill.

    MOTION:
Sen. Romero moved to send S.B. 132 out of committee with a favorable recommendation.

    The motion passed unanimously with Sen. Niederhauser, Sen. Valentine, and Sen. Stephenson absent for the vote .

3.     SB0058 - Crime Victims Reparations Revisions (J.S. Adams)

    Sen. Adams presented the bill.

     MOTION: Sen. Adams moved to send S.B. 58 out of committee with a favorable recommendation.

    The motion passed unanimously with Sen. Niederhauser, Sen. Valentine, and Sen. Stephenson absent for the vote.

     MOTION: Sen. Adams moved to place S.B. 58 on the Consent Calendar.

    The motion passed unanimously with Sen. Niederhauser, Sen. Valentine, and Sen. Stephenson absent for the vote.
        

    MOTION: Sen. Romero moved to adjourn.

    The motion passed unanimously.

    Chair Bramble adjourned the meeting at 2:30 p.m.
