MOTION: Sen. Mayne moved to adopt the minutes of the January 28, 2011 meeting.
The motion passed unanimously.
1. S.B. 110 Driver License Suspension Amendments (D.C. Buttars)
Sen. Buttars explained the bill and answered questions from the committee.
Kim Gibb, Bureau Chief, Driver License Division, Department of Public Safety
further clarified the bill and answered questions from the committee.
MOTION: Sen. Adams moved to transmit S.B. 110 with a favorable recommendation.
The motion passed unanimously.
2. S.B. 136 Boating Amendments (C. Bramble)
MOTION: Sen. Adams moved to delete in body and title S.B. 136 and replace it with
1st Sub. S.B. 136 Boating Amendments.
The motion passed unanimously.
Sen. Bramble explained the bill.
MOTION: Sen. Mayne moved to transmit 1st Sub. S.B. 136 with a favorable recommendation.

3. S.B. 47 Driver License and Identification Card Amendments (C. Bramble)
