             9          The Executive Appropriations Committee recommended this bill.
             10      General Description:
             11          This bill supplements or reduces appropriations previously provided for the use and
             12      operation of state government for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2011 and ending June 30, 2012.
             13      Highlighted Provisions:
             14          This bill:
             15          .    provides budget increases and decreases for the use and support of certain state agencies;
             16          .    provides budget increases and decreases for the use and support of certain institutions of
             17      higher education;
             18          .    provides budget increases and decreases for other purposes as described.
             19      Money Appropriated in this Bill:
             20          This bill appropriates for fiscal year 2012:
             21          .    $50,403,600 from the General Fund;
             22          .    $172,847,900 from various sources as detailed in this bill.

             30      sums of money are appropriated from resources not otherwise appropriated, or reduced from
             31      amounts previously appropriated, out of the funds or fund accounts indicated for the use and support

             60          The Legislature intends that the Utah National Guard
             61      transfer $1,457 to the Governors Emergency Fund for
             62      reimbursed funds from FEMA spent for the Weber River
