The Retirement and Independent Entities Committee reports a favorable recommendation on
H.B. 256, RETIREMENT MODIFICATIONS, by Representative D. Ipson, with the following
amendments:

49-11-505. Reemployment of a retiree -- Restrictions.
Subsection (1)(a)(ii)(A) was dissolved, consolidated, merged, or
structurally changed in accordance with Section 49-11-621 after July
1, 2010; and
