Mr. President:

    The Health and Human Services Committee recommends S.B. 202, DENTIST PRACTICE ACT AMENDMENTS, by Senator J. S. Adams, be replaced and favorably recommends 2nd Sub. S.B. 202, DENTIST PRACTICE ACT AMENDMENTS with the following amendments:

1.    Page 5, Lines 138 through 139 :    

             138          (b) provides

  :

    (i)  
a certificate of successful completion of an advanced educational program

             139      in a specialty area that is two or more years in length;
  and

    (ii) proof that the applicant passed Part I and Part II of the National Board Dental Examinations or its equivalent as determined by the Board of Dentistry;
