CONFERENCE COMMITTEE REPORT

March 8, 2012

Mr. President and Madam Speaker:

    The Joint Conference Committee comprised of Senators S. Urquhart, J. Stevenson, and K. Mayne, and Representatives D. Ipson, M. Brown, and C. Watkins, recommends 1st Sub. S.B. 284, CONCURRENT ENROLLMENT AMENDMENTS, by Senator S. Urquhart, with the following amendments:

1.    After line 149, insert the following:

(d) If a concurrent enrollment course is taught through video conferencing, a state institution of higher education may only charge up to $15 per credit hour for the concurrent enrollment course for which the student receives credit.

2.    On line 150, delete "(d)" and insert "(e)".

3.    On line 153, delete "(e)" and insert "(f)".
