Vice Chair Pitcher called the meeting to order at 2:02 p.m.
MOTION: Rep. Dunnigan moved to approve the minutes of the February 15, 2012 meeting. The motion passed unanimously with Rep. Brown, Rep. Kiser, Rep. Last, and Rep. Wiley absent for the vote.
H.B. 399 Physician and Osteopathic Licensing Amendments (Rep. S. Sandstrom)
MOTION: Rep. Webb moved to amend H.B. 399 as follows:

MOTION: Rep. Bird moved to replace H.B. 164 with 1st Substitute H.B. 164. The motion passed unanimously with Rep. Ipson absent for the vote.
