H.B. 251 Utah State Personnel Management Act Amendments (Rep. B. Daw)
MOTION: Rep. Frank moved to adopt 1st Substitute H.B. 251. The motion passed unanimously with Rep. Oda absent for the vote.
Rep. Daw introduced the bill to the committee with the assistance of Todd Losser, Utah Public Employees Association, and Jeff Herring, Department of Human Resources Management.
MOTION: Rep. Galvez moved to pass 1st Substitute H.B. 251 out favorably. The motion passed unanimously.
H.B. 245 Amendment to Definition of Smoking in Utah Indoor Clean Air Act (Rep. B. Last)
MOTION: Rep. Vickers moved to amend the bill as follows:
1. Page 3, Lines 80 through 86 :

81 (a) the possession of any lighted or heated tobacco product in any form[
82 (b) inhaling, exhaling, burning, or heating a substance intended for inhalation through a
83 cigar, cigarette, pipe, or hookah;
