Vice Chair Galvez called the meeting to order at 2:22 p.m.
MOTION: Rep. Vickers moved to approve the minutes of the January 23, 2012 meeting. The motion passed unanimously with Rep. Oda absent for the vote.
Vice Chair Galvez relinquished the chair to Chair Powell.
