Chair Powell called the meeting to order at 2:18 p.m.
MOTION: Rep. Frank moved to approve the minutes of the February 1, 2012 meeting. The motion passed unanimously.
S.B. 16 Ballot Proposition Amendments (Sen. S. Jenkins)
Sen. Jenkins introduced the bill.
MOTION: Rep. Galvez moved to amend the bill as follows:
