Vice Chair Galvez called the meeting to order at 2:04 p.m.
MOTION: Rep. Greenwood moved to approve the minutes of the February 7, 2012 meeting. The motion passed unanimously with Rep. Chavez-Houck, Rep. Fisher, and Rep. Oda absent for the vote.
