Sen. Adams introduced the bill to the committee.
MOTION: Rep. Frank moved to pass the bill out favorably. The motion passed unanimously.
MOTION: Rep. Galvez moved to place S.B. 145 on the Consent Calendar. The motion passed unanimously.
