Vice Chair Galvez called the meeting to order at 4:05 p.m.

MOTION:    Rep. Vickers moved to approve the minutes of the February 13, 2012 meeting. The motion passed unanimously.


H.B. 193    Alcoholic Beverage Control Commission Amendments (Rep. B. Doughty)

Rep. Doughty introduced the bill to the committee.

MOTION:    Rep. Oda moved to pass the bill out favorably.

SUBSTITUTE
MOTION:
    Rep. Perry moved to hold H.B. 193 in committee. The motion passed with Rep. Chavez-Houck, Rep. Oda, and Rep. Fisher voting in opposition to the motion.


H.B. 283    State Stores Pilot Program for Days of Sale of Liquor (Rep. P. Arent)

Rep. Arent introduced the bill to the committee.

H.B. 142    Alcohol Amendments (Rep. G. Froerer)

MOTION:    Rep. Vickers moved to adopt 1st Substitute H.B. 142. The motion passed unanimously.
