Chair Ray called the meeting to order at 2:10 p.m.
MOTION: Rep. Vickers moved to approve the minutes of January 24, and January 25, 2012, with an amendment to the January 24 minutes to reflect that the meeting was held in 2012, not 2011.
The motion passed unanimously with Rep. Menlove absent for the vote.
H.B. 294 Amendments to Mental Health Practices Licensing Laws (Rep. R. C. Webb)
Rep. Webb presented the bill to the committee.
MOTION: Vice Chair Vickers moved to replace H.B. 294 with 1st Substitute H.B. 294. The motion passed unanimously with Rep. Menlove absent for the vote.
