Chair Barrus called the meeting to order at 8:08 a.m.

MOTION:    Rep. Hendrickson moved to approve the minutes of Feb. 14, 2012. The motion passed unanimously with Rep. Briscoe and Rep. Painter absent for the vote.

H.B. 176    County Land Use Plans (Rep. M. Noel)

MOTION:    Rep. Noel moved to replace HB176 with 1st Sub. HB176. The motion passed unanimously with Rep. Briscoe and Rep. Painter absent for the vote.

Rep. Noel introduced the bill to the committee.

MOTION:    Rep. Painter moved to pass the bill out favorably. The motion passed with Rep. Briscoe voting in opposition.

MOTION:    Rep. Hendrickson moved to adjourn the meeting. The motion passed unanimously.
