Vice Chair Sandstrom called the meeting to order at 8:07 a.m.

Rep. Painter moved to approve the minutes of Feb. 21, 2012. The motion passed unanimously with Rep. Barrus and Rep. Wilcox absent for the vote.

H.B. 486    Water and Irrigation Amendments (Rep. N. Hendrickson)

Rep. Hendrickson introduced the bill to the committee.

MOTION:    Rep. Hendrickson moved to amend the bill as follows:
