Chair Webb called the meeting to order at 3:20 p.m.

H.B. 243    Municipal Election Revisions (Rep. J. Dougall)

Rep. Dougal introduced the bill to the committee.

MOTION:    Rep. Dunnigan moved to pass the bill out favorably. The motion passed              unanimously with Rep. Draxler, Rep. Morley, and Rep. Sandstrom absent for the          vote.

H.B. 58    Changes to Amendments Incorporated into State Construction Code (Rep. J. Peterson)

Rep. J. Peterson introduced the bill to the committee and provided a handout.

MOTION:    Rep. Anderson moved to pass the bill out favorably. The motion failed with Rep.     Anderson, Rep. Dunnigan, Rep. Peterson, Rep. Pitcher, and Rep. Webb voting in          favor of the motion. Rep. Morley was absent for the vote.

H.B. 249    Single Family Zoning Designation (Rep. D. Sanpei)

Rep. Sanpei introduced the bill to the committee.

MOTION:    Rep. Dunnigan moved to adopt 1st Substitute H.B. 249. The motion passed          unanimously with Rep. Edwards, Rep. Peterson, and Rep. Wiley, and Rep. Morley     absent for the vote.

Rep. Powell introduced the bill to the committee.

MOTION:    Rep. Pitcher moved to amend the bill as follows:

H.B. 246    County Correctional Facilities Funding Amendments (Rep. M. Noel)

This bill was not considered.

MOTION:    Rep. Peterson moved to adjourn the meeting. The motion passed unanimously, with     Rep. Anderson and Rep. Morley absent for the vote.

Chair Webb adjourned the meeting at 5:40 p.m.
