Chair Webb called the meeting to order at 2:30 p.m.
MOTION: Rep. Poulson moved to approve the minutes of the January 23, 2012 meeting. The motion passed unanimously with Rep. Draxler, Rep. Seelig, and Rep. Edwards absent for the vote.
H.B. 246 County Correctional Facilities Funding Amendments (Rep. M. Noel)
Rep. Noel introduced the bill to the committee.

MOTION: Rep. Peterson moved to pass the bill out favorably. The motion passed unanimously with Rep. Draxler and Rep. Dunnigan absent for the vote.
H.B. 273 Municipal and County Development Standards (Rep. B. Wilson)
Rep. Wilson introduced the bill to the committee.
MOTION: Rep. Wiley moved to amend the bill as follows:

Prior to implementing an amendment to adopted specifications for
public improvements that apply to subdivision or development, a municipality shall
give 30 days mailed notice and an opportunity to comment to anyone who has
requested the notice in writing.
