Vice Chair Edwards called the meeting to order at 4:08 p.m.
MOTION: Rep. Peterson moved to approve the minutes of the January 25, 2012 meeting. The motion passed unanimously with Rep. Draxler, Rep. Morley, Rep. Pitcher, and Rep. Seelig absent for the vote.
H.B. 82 Architect's Licensing Revisions (Rep. J. Nielson)
Rep. Nielsen introduced the bill to the committee.

MOTION: Rep. Sandstrom moved to pass the bill out favorably. The motion passed with Rep. Morley voting in opposition. Rep. Draxler and Rep. Dunnigan were absent for the vote.
H.B. 83 Reimbursement of Legal Fees and Costs to Officers and Employees Act Amendments (Rep. B. Dee)
This bill was not considered.
MOTION: Rep. Anderson moved to adjourn the meeting. The motion passed unanimously, with Rep. Draxler and Rep. Dunnigan absent for the vote.
