Chair Webb called the meeting to order at 8:13 a.m.
MOTION: Rep. Wiley moved to approve the minutes of the February 17, 2012 meeting. The motion passed unanimously with Rep. Anderson, Rep. Peterson, Rep. Pitcher, Rep. Sandstrom, and Rep. Seelig absent for the vote.
S.B. 167 Children's Justice Center Program Amendments (Sen. R. Okerlund) (Rep. M. Brown)
Sen. Okerlund introduced the bill to the committee assisted by Tracey Tabet, Children's Justice Center Program Director, Attorney General's Office.
MOTION: Rep. Edwards moved to pass S.B. 167 out favorably. The motion passed unanimously with Rep. Anderson, Rep. Pitcher, Rep. Sandstrom, and Rep. Seelig absent for the vote.
S.B. 122 Urban Farming Assessment Act (Sen. W. Niederhauser) (Rep. D. Brown)
