Vice Chair Handy called the meeting to order at 2:08 p.m.
MOTION: Rep. Cox moved to approve the minutes of January 25, 2012. The motion passed unanimously with Rep. Hemingway, Rep. Ivory, and Rep. Wilcox absent for the vote.
H.C.R. 6 Navajo Electrification Demonstration Project Concurrent Resolution (Rep. C. Watkins)
Rep. Watkins introduced H.C.R. 6 to the committee.
MOTION: Rep. Wilcox moved to pass the resolution out favorably. The motion passed unanimously.
