Vice Chair Handy called the meeting to order at 4:05 p.m.

MOTION:    Rep. Wilcox moved to approve the minutes of the February 8, 2012 meeting. The motion passed unanimously with Rep. Barrus absent for the vote.

H.B. 320    Utility Facility Siting (Rep. D. Sagers)

This bill was not heard.

S.B. 140    Liquified Petroleum Gas Amendments (Sen. C. Bramble)

MOTION:    Rep. Wilcox moved to amend the bill as follows:

1. Page 4, Line 97:            Delete "vendor" and insert "person"

The motion to amend the bill passed unanimously with Rep. Barrus absent for the vote.

Spoke in favor of the bill:    Coy Porter, State Fire Marshall's Office

MOTION:    Rep. Wilcox moved to pass S.B. 140 as amended out favorably. The motion passed unanimously
