Vice Chair Wilcox called the meeting to order at 12:20 p.m.
H.R. 1 Rules Resolution Requiring Notice of Request to Hold Bill (Rep. N. Hendrickson)
Rep. Hendrickson introduced the resolution and explained it to the committee.
MOTION: Rep. Morley moved to pass the resolution with a favorable recommendation. The motion passed unanimously with Rep. Bird absent for the vote.
S.J.R. 7 Joint Rules Resolution on Priority Status for Bills (Sen. M. Dayton)
Sen. Dayton introduced the resolution and explained it to the committee.
MOTION: Rep. Draxler moved to pass the resolution with a favorable recommendation. The motion passed unanimously with Rep. Bird absent for the vote.
H.J.R. 15 Joint Resolution - Legislative Process Rule (Rep. K. Powell)
Rep. Powell introduced the resolution and explained it to the committee.
MOTION : Rep. Hendrickson moved to table the resolution. The motion passed unanimously.
