MOTION: Rep. Handy moved to approve the minutes of the February 10, 2012 meeting. The motion passed unanimously with Rep. Barlow, Rep. Daw, Rep. Fisher, Rep. Harper, Rep. Val Peterson, and Rep. Sumsion absent for the vote.
H.B. 87 Billboard Revisions (Rep. M. Brown)
Rep. M. Brown introduced the bill to the committee with the assistance of: Mr. Dewey Reagan, President, Reagan Outdoor Advertising; Mr. Jeff Young, Senior Vice President, Young Electric Sign Company; Mr. Michael Wardle, Young Electric Sign Company; and Mr. Rob Saunders, Saunders Outdoor Advertising.
