Approval of Minutes
MOTION: Sen. Weiler moved to approve minutes of the February 14, 2012, meeting. The motion passed unanimously with Sens. Bramble and Urquhart absent for the vote.
S.B. 94 Electric Power Facilities Amendments (Sen. C. Bramble)
Sen. Bramble introduced the bill.
Mark Buchi , Genera l Counsel, Intermountain Power Agency further addressed the bill.
Jim Hewlett, General Manager, Intermountain Power Agency further explained the bill and answered questions from the committee.
