MOTION: Sen. Weiler moved to approve the minutes of the February 24, 2012 meeting. The motion passed unanimously with Sen. Bramble absent for the vote
S.B. 240 General Repealer (Sen. J. Valentine)
Sen. Hinkins assumed the Committee Chair .
Sen. Valentine introduced and explained the bill and answered questions from the committee.
